Tax

Sales tax will be added to any products if delivery and possession takes place inside the states of New Jersey and California.

Software Return Policy

1, Hardcopy version (Manuals and Cd)
In the case you purchase the hardcopy of any of our programs, you may returned them within 30-days of the date of purchase for a refund provided a Return Merchandise Authorization or (RMA) number has been issued and a RMA Request Form has been filled ou. Your RMA number must be enclosed within the packaging before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

2. Download version:
In the case you purchase the download version of any of our programs, you have 30-days from the date of purchase to request a refund, provided a Return Merchandise Authorization or (RMA) number has been issued and a RMA Request Form has been filled out. Your RMA number must be shown on the RMA form. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

To obtain an RMA number, complete the Return Merchandise Authorization Form request and follow the instructions for returning and/or removing the software.

Once your item is received (Hardcopy version) or removed from your computer (download version), a credit will be issued back to the credit card used to purchase the product. The credit card will be credited for the purchase price of the product returned (excluding shipping and handling charges, -in the case of the hardcopy-version- which are non-refundable).

Returns may take 4 to 8 weeks to process.

Return Authorizations are valid for 30-days from the date of purchase. Any package returned without a return authorization number will be granted store credit ONLY. Original shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and utilize registered US Mail or ask for delivery confirmation in order to provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

All products returned MUST: contain ALL original materials, contain all manuals, and other accessories and documentation provided. All items must be returned in re-sellable condition, or will be subject to a 25 percent damage fee.

We reserve the right to deny the return of any product.

These return policies are industry standard for all software and media products due to piracy issues.

Shipping

Most orders received before 2:00 pm (EST) will be sent the same day. We ship by UPS ground, which usually takes 2-4 days to deliver. We charge a flat-rate of $7.95 for shipping.
